This game is awesome. It won just about every award that it could in the year that it came out, and with reason. It's not that I get some sort of sick pleasure out of murdering people for money (or just for fun--wait, that's kinda contradictory...) but the gameplay in Grand Theft Auto 3 is extremely entertaining. Drive some hookers to a ball. Knock off some guy who's squealin' to the Cartel. Start a gang war. Steal a tank. Kill your ex-girlfriend. It's beautiful. Added in with the main game are tons of side quests like finding every hidden package or unique jump or rampage. Also added in is a ton of humor in many different shapes and forms. Little details like billboards and radio ads are bizarre and hilarious. There is nothing not good about this game. Enough said. |
